How did you get into dragon boating?
I worked at Doe Park Water Activities Centre when the club was setup and wanted to expand on the water sports I could coach and participate in.
What is your favourite seat in the boat?
Helm
What is your personal paddling highlight?
Helming at Nationals for the first time with the Barracudas
What are your ambitions for the club this year?
To attend enough events as a club to get on the BDA National League leaderboard
What do you love about paddling?
I prefer helming at the moment but one day I will love to paddle again
What one piece of advice would you give to new paddlers?
Give everything in the club a go. Helming, safety boat driver, drummer. There's something for everyone
What BDA qualification do you have or working towards?
I am currently a BDA Level 3 coach, hoping to start others on there coaching journeys.
